Our practices regarding FêteFone audio guest book cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges

Refunds & Returns

Return Period

You can return your FêteFone for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Extended Holiday Return Period

Items purchased between November 21 and December 31, 2024 can be returned until January 31, 2024.

Condition

The device must be in new, unopened condition with all original packaging.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that are missing parts or accessories
  • Items that have been opened or tampered with

Due to the nature of the service, all sales of vinyl records, custom album covers, license keys, USB Memory Sticks, gift cards, and audio engineering services are final and not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please enter the details provided in your delivery confirmation email into our return portal.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will contact you to let you know if your return has met the foregoing criteria and if your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund, minus the costs of shipping, within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your FêteFone for another style, please enter the details provided in your delivery confirmation email into our return portal and select “Exchange” from the drop down. Then, contact us to let us know which style you’d prefer. Exchanges are only available within 30 days of purchase and upon the return of your original items in new, unopened condition in their original packaging. When requesting an exchange, you authorize us to charge your original payment method for all shipping costs incurred and to charge or refund any difference in price between the original and replacement style(s) selected.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTS

Please inspect and test all items upon receipt. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, please initiate a return by entering the details provided in your delivery confirmation email into our return portal and contact us with a photograph of the damage or description of the defect within the applicable return period. We will exchange the damaged or defective items upon receipt.
